If anyone knows of a decent venue that can be rented for cheap let me know. We will have a permanent place in Smyrna (new church being built with large meeting room), to use within the year. I'll also have a schematic of the power layout so power issues shouldn't become a nuisance.

That would be nice, I will keep my eyes open. Do we have a general time slot we are shooting for? or is that still up in the air?

Well, one good thing is that the church I'm attending has just made an offer on buying another church (actually they're making the offer TODAY hehe).... It has an AWESOME room for "LAN Party" possibilities The lighting, the room itself and the ambiance is really great too. We should know if this offer goes through within the coming 2-3 weeks. I'll keep you posted for sure!

Well I realize the final location will be a large determining factor, but how many peeps we shooting for this time 'round?

First go around I'd like to just get a group of about 10-15 actual "gamers" and just get the "feel" from everyone about the location and the ambiance.... Then we can go bigger if desired if we finally have a perma' location. Any suggestions?
